Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Please allow 2-3 business days to process your physical pattern order. Expect an email within 2-3 business days to let you know your order is on the way!
DIGITAL DOWNLOADS:
Digital downloads are available immediately upon checkout on the checkout screen. Downloads are also immediately emailed to the email address provided at checkout. Check your spam folder if it doesn't show up in your inbox within a few minutes. We also recommend searching your inbox for Quilty Love or Emily Dennis.
There is a download limit via the link that is emailed so be sure to save the file on your device when you access it for the first time.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING:
Orders are generally shipped within 2-3 days using the United States Postal Service (USPS).
We do not ship outside of the US at this time.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING ON QUILT PATTERN ORDERS OF $50 AND UP.
Domestic shipping charges are determined by the weight of each package. Most items ship first class USPS unless otherwise stated. Please allow up to 10 business days for the delivery of your items. Please note that tracking is not available on patterns that ship via first class mail.
Estimated shipping costs + delivery times:
1 pattern - 7-10 business days via USPS first class mail - $2.50
2 patterns - 7-10 business days via USPS first class mail - $3.00
3-4 patterns - 3-4 business days via USPS ground - $4.00
5+ patterns - 3-4 business days via USPS ground - Free shipping
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not offer international shipping on physical patterns or products at this time. PDF digital downloads are available for purchase for international customers.
REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
Digital downloads are non-refundable.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at hello@quiltylove.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
